What the GoFundMe Will Cover

This fundraiser is for the production of the first batch, bottling and logistical support of O’Kahan Agave and all that comes with building a brand.

I will be traveling back to Mexico in October to harvest the agave with the Jimador, followed by working with the Mezcalero for cooking, crushing, fermentation and distillation. I will be fully involved with the traditional hands-on process of making a mezcal artesanal. My goal is to produce three different varieties.

Many friends and family have expressed an interest in helping and being a part of O’Kahan, so we created this GoFundMe for those that are interested helping kickstart this venture.
